FROM BUFFALO: Take Route 400 south to Route 16. Continue south to Yorkshire, and turn left onto Route 39E. In Arcade, turn right onto Route 98, and follow for 15 miles to Rushford. (Route 98 becomes Route 243). At Rushford turn left onto Allegany County Route 23, and follow the Mariposa signs.

FROM ROCHESTER: Take Route 390 south to Exit 7, and go into Mount Morris. In Mount Morris, take Route 408 south to Nunda. Turn right onto Route 436 West, and proceed to Portageville. Turn left, and take Route 19A to 19 South in Fillmore. Continue on Route 19 South to Houghton. Turn right into the Houghton College entrance. Follow the Mariposa signs.

FROM I-86: Take Exit 30 (Belmont), and follow Route 19 north into Houghton. Turn left into the Houghton College entrance. Follow the Mariposa signs.

Alternate Route for BIG Rigs: Coming NORTH on Route 19: At the intersection of Route 243 in Caneadea, turn left and travel 4 miles to Allegany County Route 23 and turn right. Travel 4.9 miles to Centerville Road and turn right. Continue to the Mariposa entrance on your left. Coming SOUTH on Route 19: Proceed through Pike to Hume (about 6 miles). At Hume turn right onto Allegany County Route 23 and travel 3.3 miles to Centerville Road where you will turn left as soon as you see the Amish buggy road sign. Continue to the Mariposa entrance on your left. Coming SOUTH on Route 19A: Turn right onto Route 19 at the light in Fillmore. Travel 1.4 miles to Hume where you will turn left onto Allegany County Route 23. Travel 3.3 miles to Centerville Road where you will turn left as soon as you see the Amish buggy road sign. Continue to the Mariposa entrance on your left.
